Carlos is an aficionado of a slice of Garlic Bread and has trailed many miles around the globe in search of the perfect combination of garlic and bread. From his "Carlos Suite" at Copthorne Oriental Bay he'd write notes of recommendation, looking out over the Ocean on the edge of his suite. Once the last piece of garlic bread was eaten he'd retire and plan the next days adventures. Surfing in the legendary Raglan, riding the Wellington cable car or just find a spot in the booth for dinner. What a legend everything was impeccable! Best in class, couldn't be beaten, Highly recommended, 2nd to NONE!........One Star!
